health and fitness?
The answer is no.
Health is a difficult word to define, and there is not one definition
of the world.
About Health:
Health is a general
state. When your mind and body are free from any disease, you can be
happy to belong to the people with a good health. You can also say that
health is the absence of illness.
Health is a gift. This
gift was given to you when you were born, and you must take care of it
because it is really precious.
Relation between
Health and Fitness
Think at your health
like something you will be held responsible for. a lot of people just
don't care of this gift, and it is really sad. On another hand, Fitness
which is a result of your effort will serve that health, and play a
important in health maintenance.
The results of your
efforts to keep a good health will lead you to a state of wellness, a
sensation of wellbeing both in your mind and body.
Some people were born
with problem, and they have health problems. When you think about them,
you must see and be grateful for the blessing you received, and
maintain this health during your life.
