Consider some factors which will predetermine your kind and level of activities:

  • Age.
  • Time.

Consider also some less important factors, but they will play a role in the future of your activity:

  • Climat.
  • Level of Polution.
  • Sports Clothes.
  • Exercise Partner.

Some Crucial Points:

Before stating any activity, you must consider your age, and according to your physical condition, decide if you can start, with the advices of a physician.

This will save you time and injuries, so be careful not to underestimate this point. If you are more than 35 years old and you feel that your health is OK, you will be able to start right away. However it is advised to visit your physician, as overlooking this step can stop your fitness program in its progress.

If you are under 35, you should not have major problems, but if you didn't follow a fitness program since a long time, you will want to start very slowly and be very careful. Listen to your body, as it will 'speak' to you and tell you if something is wrong.
